Registration
Burnham & Company is a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC with notice filings in the states of Arizona, Maine and Michigan. All Investment Advisor Representatives hold the Series 65 License.
Our Team
Managing Partners
Adam Trask: Adam began his career in Finance at The Huntington National Bank, working as a personal banker in 2014 and became a branch manager in 2015. Also in 2015 Adam received his Series 6 & 63 and began serving as an Investment Advisor Representative for the Huntington Investment Company. Adam received his Series 65 when joining Burnham & Dells in February 2020 where he worked as full time Investment Advisor Representative, he spent his time on investment research and managing portfolios for clients. Adam now serves as Managing Partner of Burnham & Company.
Bob Tsironis: Bob began his investment career in the financial industry in 1987 at Rodman and Renshaw in Chicago, IL. where he was a managing director and assistant manager of the equities trading department. In 1995 Bob worked as a vice president at Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis, MN. From 2006-2014 Mr. Tsironis was a vice president, senior portfolio manager and senior research analyst at RWB Capital Management in Grand Rapids, MI. Bob joined Centennial Securities in May of 2014 and has his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Bob now serves as Managing Partner of Burnham & Company.
